Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped the same day when placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer several shipping options at checkout. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by method and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery times for international orders are typically 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
